The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable, plus they have air conditioning for those warm days. 😊.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail provided by the staff. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a little hill not far from the downtown area. From my room, I had a beautiful panoramic view of the old city, and it was a great way to start each day. I also appreciated the basic amenities of the hotel, such as the air conditioning and private bathroom. Finally, the breakfast was delicious and a perfect way to fuel up for a day of exploring.

The location was great, close to some of the city's oldest streets and landmarks, like the fortress walls and the ancient sulfur baths. the family who runs the place was friendly and made us feel at home. They were very helpful with any questions and needs we had. the rooms were always clean and well-maintained.

Sometimes the room seemed a bit cramped and could have used more space. the bathroom facilities were shared and occasionally not as clean as we would have hoped.

Lea Guest House offers a good location near Old Town and has a friendly and helpful staff, including Vitaly who speaks excellent English. The rooms are clean and comfortable with air conditioning, and the shared bathroom is modern and spotlessly clean. There is a refrigerator and kitchen available for guests, as well as a nice outdoor area with tables. The free WIFI is of good quality and the staff is flexible, even arranging pick-ups from the airport in the middle of the night.
